We value our IHSS caregivers. The vital care you provide allows clients to live independently in the safety of their home. IHSS and WPCS Providers are considered essential workers and should continue to provide services to their recipients. If asked by law enforcement for proof of employment, you may provide your pay stub or pay history from the Electronic Services Portal.

Due to the federally declared State of Emergency surrounding COVID19, all ASD County offices, including the IHSS Public Authority, are closed to the public until further notice. Services are available online at RiversideIHSS.org and through our IHSS HOME Call Center.

Please do not go to your local DPSS offices for services.

For questions about In-Home Supportive Services or IHSS Public Authority, call 888-960-4477. In order to report elder or dependent adult abuse or neglect, please call Adult Protective Services at 800-491-7123.
